We fully understand that Great Service and Word of Mouth is what prices our business and leaving our customers happy and satisfied is our only objective.
Our company offers normal working hours Monday through Friday along with 24 hour emergency service for nights, weekends and holidays. We have an office staff and an answering service so you will ALWAYS speak with a person, NOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE.
We bill our services on an hourly basis, not on a flat rate book price that is based on WORST case scenario. Billing Hourly allows us to save our customers money since they are paying for real time charges for time and material for work completed at their home.
